NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our services and wellness-related products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
IV infusion services
Injectable wellness services
Vials, packages, subscriptions, or refills
Add-ons or bundled services
We encourage all clients to ask questions and review service details during their consultation prior to purchase. Approval and purchase occur only after a consultation to ensure clarity and alignment.
SHIPPING POLICY
At EnVein, we are committed to timely, secure, and transparent shipping practices to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to product availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery typically ranges from 2–7 business days once the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Promotional or discounted shipping may be offered at EnVein’s discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
EnVein ships only to locations where shipment of ordered products is permitted by law. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses unless explicitly stated.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
EnVein is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist with filing a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EnVein is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Orders returned due to delivery failure, refusal, or incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees prior to reshipment.
Policy Updates
EnVein reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
EnVein offers scheduled product pick-up to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper handling of temperature-sensitive items.
Scheduled Pick-Up Requirement
All pick-ups must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in pick-ups are not permitted. Clients will be notified when orders are ready for release.
Refrigeration & Cold-Chain Handling
Products requiring refrigeration are stored in regulated, temperature-controlled environments until pick-up. Upon release, responsibility for maintaining appropriate storage conditions transfers to the client. Clients are advised to transport refrigerated items promptly using a cooler and ice packs and to refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
Pick-Up Timeframe
Orders must be collected within 48 hours of notification unless otherwise arranged. Failure to collect within this timeframe may result in cancellation, disposal, or rescheduling fees.
Product Release & Responsibility
Clients should verify order accuracy at pick-up. EnVein is not responsible for product integrity after release, including issues related to storage, temperature deviation, or delayed use.
Missed Appointments
Missed or late pick-ups may require rescheduling and may be subject to additional fees. Repeated missed appointments may restrict future pick-up privileges.
Policy Modifications
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice and is effective upon posting.
SERVICE APPROVAL & AVAILABILITY
All services and products are offered on a consultation and approval basis. EnVein reserves the right to delay, modify, or decline services based on consultation outcomes, compliance considerations, or operational needs.
