Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Delays

On occasion, shipping may take longer than expected. This is typically due to carrier routing issues or increased volume during the holiday season.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided for every order. You will receive an email with your tracking information on the same day your order ships.
